We are seeking a Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Fairmont, West Virginia

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with ADL retraining, functional mobility, upper extremity activities, transfer training, and adaptive equipment use.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.
• Educate patients on safety strategies, home exercise programs, and functional independence techniques.
• Complete timely documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient outcomes.
