Carergiver

Sevita is hiring Caregivers to provide compassionate, person-centered support in home and community settings. In this role, you will assist individuals of varying ages and abilities with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, mobility support, and light housekeeping. You'll monitor well-being, follow care plans, document observations, and communicate changes to the care team. Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care and support in home and community settings
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed according to care plans
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Observe and document changes in condition and report to supervisors or clinical staff
• Follow individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies
• Promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion for each individual
• Collaborate with families, teammates, and professionals to coordinate care
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain quality standards
