Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Hampshire Center, a Genesis Health Care skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead overall operations. The LNHA will ensure regulatory compliance, financial health, and delivery of high-quality long-term and rehabilitative care. Responsibilities include guiding clinical and support teams, overseeing budgets, surveys, QAPI initiatives, and risk management, and fostering a resident-focused, compassionate culture that honors dignity, comfort, and individualized care while supporting staff growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and daily management of the nursing home's operations and services.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and survey requirements.
• Drive high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction in collaboration with clinical leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation for the facility.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate interdisciplinary staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, regulators, and community partners.
• Manage risk, safety programs, and incident reporting to minimize liability and ensure a safe environment.
