We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing patient needs and modifying therapy approaches as necessary.
- Tracking, documenting, and evaluating patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Celebrating patient victories and supporting their communication goals.
- Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification (required or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Master's degree preferred;
Bachelor's degree with relevant experience acceptable.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
