Physical Therapist - Travel

Role: Travel Physical Therapist providing patient care in a home health setting in Summersville, WV.

Responsibilities: Assess and treat patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, ensuring optimal recovery and health outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active WV Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC if required.
• Completion of a Home Health-specific course if lacking prior home health experience.

Preferred

Skills:

Prior home health experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Duties: Work within a home health facility, primarily during day shifts, providing patient-centered therapy services.
