Bay Care is currently in search of our newest Outpatient Physical Therapist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. - Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ physical function, mobility, and pain levels.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and advanced modalities.
- Provide education on posture, body mechanics, and home exercise programs to promote long-term wellness.
- Utilize specialized techniques such as joint mobilization, neuromuscular facilitation, and gait training.
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards of practice.
- Required BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Required PT (Physical Therapy)
- Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain
- Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months
- Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy
- Preferred 1 year Physical Therapist
