Physical Therapist; PT; Outpatient

Join a patient-centered outpatient clinic as a full-time Physical Therapist.

• Evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions
• Developing individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals
• Providing evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
• Building strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Documenting patient care accurately using Raintree EMR
• Collaborating with a supportive clinical team and contributing to a positive clinic culture

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current or eligible state licensure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
