Physical Therapist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-facility rehabilitation services, assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy to help patients regain their strength and independence.

• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and refer patients as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and wellness.
• Support patient-centered care to improve overall health outcomes.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or eligibility proof.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Experience or education evaluated to meet U.S. standards if earned outside the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and teamwork orientation.
