Under general supervision, performs vascular andechocardiography ultrasound examinations for patients. Participates in a variety of specialized technical evaluation procedures, including analyzing digitized electrocardiography(ECG) tapes, Holter monitoring, cardiac ultrasound and echocardiography, and generating quantitative arrhythmia reports.
- Associate’s degree or experience in a related field preferred and/or per state requirements
- One (1) year of experience as a Cardiovascular technician preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
