Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to support patients in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. This 13-week assignment offers 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts and travel between patient homes.
Candidates must hold an active PT license in WV, current BLS, and at least 1 year of home health experience. EMR experience and knowledge of OASIS-E are preferred. Pay is $2,136–$2,314 per week.
