About Us

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and step into the Housekeeping Manager's shoes when needed.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Supervisory Skills: Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting, to ensure standards and productivity levels are met.

Communication and Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants. Provide training and support to foster a positive work environment.

Safety and Compliance: Handle "Lost and Found" items with care and integrity. Maintain key control and safety standards. Access to back of house areas, including secure guestrooms, storage, liquor room, and filing cabinets.

Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.

Education & Experience

2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field required.

High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.

Previous supervisory experience preferred.
