Delaware North - Up to $62200.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Prospect and solicit new wedding and social accounts, meet with new and existing clients, provide tours of facilities, review event details, write contracts;
Greet guests at functions prior to hand-off to operations/banquets, up-sell to guests, handle client/customer concerns, follow-up with guests after events;
Handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards;
Identify opportunities for regional business at other Delaware North locations;
Work with property operations to detail groups and menus; prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and additional event support documentation
