Banquet Bartender

Job Summary

Banquet Bartender at Stonewall Resort, Pyramid Global Hospitality. Responsible for setting up, bartending, and breaking down banquet events, serving beverages and food to guests, preparing drinks for servers, and acting as cashier at the banquet beverage bar.

• Carry out policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Benchmark Hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and beverage service policies.
• Apply Triple “A” Four Diamond service standards.
• Prepare drink recipes, serve beverages in proper glassware with garnish, and properly present liquor on banquet bars.
• Set up and maintain back bar tables for banquet bars.
• Follow function sheets for set‑up, service, and breakdown of beverage functions.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and guests to meet needs.
• Attend required meetings.
• Use knowledge of property layout to guide guests during events.
• Ensure accuracy of add‑on sheets; provide accurate pouring and payment collection.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards.
• Keep bar supplies stocked; manage house bank during functions.
• Assist in other job classifications as directed.
• Operate as a server when required and meet banquet server responsibilities.

• Customer service experience.
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of glassware, trays, rolling bars, ice machine scoops, and glass racks.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume bartending environment.
