Our rustic yet elegant Adirondack-style lodge and spectacular cottage collection is perched alongside quiet lake waters and the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, while surrounded by 1,900 picture-perfect, “Close to Nature” park acres.

We are looking for someone passionate about boating, someone who is highly motivated, and customer focused to join our Marina Attendant. The successful candidate for this role will use their passion for boating and their love of engaging with people to guide guests with their boating excursion. They will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the boats and marina.

• You will work at the Marina helping guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience out on the water!
• You will help guests by renting Marina slips and boats to guests
• You will help Marina slip guests with their boat needs as they stay at the resort
• You will ensure that the equipment is well maintained and ready for use by guests
• You will ensure all guest interactions are handled in a professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• You will work closely with the team to ensure the marina is kept clean
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information

Rent slips to prospective tenants of the Marina. Rent boats to guests of the Marina. Answers questions pertaining to the Marina and Resort, performs daily cleaning duties, performs the duties of cashier.

• Must be service oriented.
• Ability to interact well with others.
• Possess a working knowledge of watercraft.

• Must be well groomed, with nametag on at all times while working on the property.
• Must be well-mannered, display helpful attitude, greet guests when encountered show appreciation to the guest for being at the Marina and Resort, show willingness to help guests at all times.
• Inspects marina docks and storeroom to ensure that area is a clean and a safe environment.
• Keep accurate record of all tenants transactions (slip moving, updating leases).
• Must possess the ability to perform the duties of a cashier.
• Must possess the ability to operate watercraft rentals.

• To assist houseboat fleet and other departments as required.
• Will perform additional duties as requested by the General Manager and Marina Manager.

In and out doors setting, sun, heat and rain.
