Aramark - - Responsibilities:
Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly to ensure meals meet production plans;
Train inmates and staff in methods of performing duties and assign/coordinate work to improve operational efficiency;
Ensure sanitation and safety compliance, including HACCP procedures and temperature logs;
Assist in preparation and serving of meals and manage inventory and requisitions;
Maintain security by adhering to facility policies and ensuring controlled access to kitchens and equipment
