What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for management and line-level positions at The Potomac Hotel. This position serves as a key partner to department leaders, developing effective sourcing strategies, identifying and screening qualified candidates, and driving an organized and responsive selection process from opening through hire.

The Recruitment Manager also has primary responsibility for the hotel’s New Hire Orientation program, ensuring new employees experience a well-organized, engaging, and effective introduction to the hotel. As a member of the Human Resources team, the Recruitment Manager will provide secondary support for training, benefits, employee relations, and other HR initiatives as business needs require.

This is an individual-contributor position reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
