As a Tube Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our mountain operations, assisting at the tubing hill, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals who love the outdoors and have a passion for exceptional guest service. Don’t worry if you’re new to the role—we provide all the training you need. With opportunities to connect with a vibrant, international team, this position is perfect for those eager to dive into mountain life.
Ticket Checks & Guest Assistance: Verify tickets, assist guests on and off lifts, and ensure they have proper safety equipment. Provide information and answer questions with a friendly attitude.
Safety & Operation: Monitor guests during loading/unloading, operate lift controls, and test safety switches. Report any issues to lift mechanics and assist with daily equipment checks.
Tube Area Maintenance: Keep lift and surrounding areas clean, clear snow from ramps, and ensure an orderly environment. Handle ticketing and pass checks politely and look for counterfeit tickets.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a positive attitude, help with lift use, and maintain a professional appearance.
Documentation & Reporting: Log daily actions, monitor machinery, and report unusual weather or conditions. Assist with maintenance and collect trash as needed.
Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks to support overall lift operations.
- High School Diploma or GED
