We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Lobby Attendant. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and care they take in preparing and maintaining the public spaces and assisting the room attendants. This role truly is the “Heart of the House” and provides key services for our guests to truly relax and enjoy their stay.

Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of all public areas in hotel, conference center and public restrooms. Handles guest request in a timely and professional manner.

Carry out the policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Benchmark Hospitality Group while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per standards of service. Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintaining all public areas are clean. Keep mens and womens public restrooms clean and trash free. Ability to use broom and mop with frequency (bending, twisting, and stooping).
