Front Desk Clerk

Mancan Staffing is currently hiring a Front Desk Clerk for a hotel in the Triadelphia, WV area!

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable individual to join the hotel team. The Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general questions.

Schedule:

4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay:
Based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner
Check guests in and out of the hotel
Handle reservations and update guest information

Answer phones and respond to guest questions

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Address guest requests and concerns
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel staff
Provide excellent customer service throughout each guest’s stay

Requirements:

Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work the 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift
