We are looking for a detailed-oriented and people-focused Human Resource Coordinator to join our HR team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting HR processes, and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, in-person environment and enjoys supporting employees across the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Respond to frequently asked questions regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes: elevate complex inquiries to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Protect the confidentiality and integrity of all HR information and records.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support, including creating content for benefit communications across various media.
  • Deliver strong customer service by monitoring and responding to employee requests in a timely manner.
  • Oversee completion and verification of Forms I-9 and maintain all related documentation.
  • Submit online background investigation requests and assist with new-hire screening processes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new hires and terminations.
  • Serve as back-up for payroll processing.
  • Perform additional HR duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn HRIS, payroll systems, and related applications.
