Human Resources Manager

To provide strategic and operational leadership in all areas of Human Resources management. The HR supports the overall business objectives by overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fairness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs in line with market standards and internal equity.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to build workforce capability.
• Provide leadership in handling disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Lead or support change management initiatives and HR digital transformation projects.
• Mentor and guide the HR team for effective delivery of HR services.
• Set and implement company's policies.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading HR functions in a mid to large-sized organization.
