Position: Senior Computer Systems Engineer TSSA with Security Clearance
Location: Kearneysville

Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Computer Systems Engineer/Architect with advanced expertise in BMC True Sight Server Automation (TSSA) to lead technical design, optimization, and integration of enterprise automation solutions for a mission-critical U.S. Coast Guard program. This position willbe located in Kearneysville, WV and will be a hybrid position. Responsibilities
* Drive the design and implementation of advanced BMC TSSA architectures to support enterprise automation initiatives
* Lead complex platform upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization efforts across multi-platform environments
* Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for critical technical issues impacting availability and compliance
* Develop sophisticated automation frameworks using NSH, Power Shell, Python, and Bash to enhance operational efficiency
* Oversee enterprise patch management strategies for Windows and Linux systems, ensuring alignment with DoD and USCG security standards
* Integrate TSSA automation into Dev Ops pipelines and CI/CD workflows to accelerate modernization and deployment cycles
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align automation solutions with organizational objectives and security mandates
* Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, operational procedures, and automation standards Qualifications High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience

* Certifications:

DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA +)
* BMC TSSA Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC True Sight Server Automation, including implementation, upgrade, and administration.
* Scripting:
Proficiency in NSH (Network Shell), python, bash, java, and Power Shell scripting for automation and customization.
* Patch Management:
Extensive experience in server patch management for both Windows and Unix/Linux environments using TSSA.
* Operating Systems:
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
* Troubleshooting:
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues. Preferred Skills and Experience
* Experience supporting DoD or U.S. Coast Guard environments
* Database Knowledge:
Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
* Cloud

Experience:

Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Dev Ops and CI/CD:
