SEA & SEO Specialist; Global Marketing

Do you want to make a direct impact on the global digital growth and visibility of an international premium brand? For our Global Marketing Team in Assendelft, we are looking for a SEA & SEO Specialist to help Forbo Flooring Systems accelerate performance in paid and organic search worldwide.

As a SEA & SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Forbo’s online visibility and performance through Google Ads (SEA) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). You will develop and optimize campaigns and SEO improvement programs across our local country websites worldwide.

You will be the main point of contact for local Forbo marketing teams when it comes to digital campaign support and SEO strategy. In addition, you will coordinate external agencies and ensure alignment with global best practices and performance targets.

You will report to the Online Marketing Manager and work closely with the Web Development team and the Global Brand & Communication team.

• Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple countries and product categories.
• Develop global SEA guidelines and best practices for local teams.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement through testing and optimization.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance reporting.
• Support local teams with campaign setup, optimization, and analytics insights.

• Lead and coordinate SEO improvement initiatives for local country websites.
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and on-page optimization to increase organic visibility.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure content is search-engine-friendly and aligned with global strategy.
• Centralize SEO efforts by briefing and managing one or more external agencies.
• Measure and report organic performance across markets.

• Act as the primary point of contact for local marketing teams regarding SEA and SEO.
• Collaborate closely with the Online Marketing Manager and Web Development team.
• Align with the Global Brand & Communication team to ensure consistency across channels.

You are an analytical, hands-on digital marketer who enjoys combining strategy and execution. You thrive in an international environment and feel confident working with multiple stakeholders across teams and countries.

You bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on SEA and SEO experience (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and/or Screaming Frog.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and markets.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience with CMS platforms and basic HTML knowledge.
• Experience with social media campaign management.
