Business Systems Analyst

OCO Global is seeking a highly capable Business Systems Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital systems underpinning programme delivery and client engagement.

This role will be central to ensuring that business processes are effectively translated into scalable system solutions, while supporting programme teams and clients through system implementation and adoption.

The successful candidate will act as the key link between programme delivery teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring that systems are aligned with operational needs and deliver measurable impact.

The team adopts a methodical and collaborative approach with clients to jointly answer the key strategic questions they are faced with. Examples of the work you will be involved in include:

• Lead detailed process mapping exercises across programme workflows (e.g. onboarding, assessment, reporting, advisory delivery.
• Analyse current (“as‑is”) processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, standardisation, and improvement
• Support the implementation of CRM systems and digital platforms used in programme delivery
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders during system rollout and adoption
• Support clients and programme participants in navigating and using systems effectively

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Business Systems Analyst with 3–5+ years’ experience supporting system implementation or digital transformation projects, process mapping and workflow design.
