Job Overview:

The L3 Support Tech Deskside role involves providing advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT systems and tools.

Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

* Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner.

* Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient resolution of escalated issues.

* Maintain and update documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions.

* Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.

* Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and tools.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a Level 3 technical support or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

Pay Range: $45 - $48
