Alternate COMSEC Account Manager

North American Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking experienced COMSEC Managers to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Our contracts provide our team members with the opportunity to gain worldwide experience while supporting U.S. DoD and NSA mission requirements. North American Consulting Services, Inc. is a small business in the United States. We are collaborative, rewarding and our goal is to provide the most experienced and highly trained personnel supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Coalition Partners to meet the US DoD and NSA mission of compliance to U.S./Coalition interoperability initiatives, while ensuring no impact on the Coalition Partners’ mission and operations.

This job is located in Bogotá, Colombia.

• Fluent in English
• Spanish proficiency at ILR Level 4 or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification (IAT Level II) or higher
• NSA COMSEC Account Manager certification or ability to obtain within required timelines

• COMSEC accountability procedures
• COMSEC inventories and audits

• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs
• Tactical and strategic communications systems
• Physical security inspections
• International military support operations

• KG-175 family of devices
• OTAR, OTAT, and OTADS operations

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to travel throughout Colombia and internationally as required
• Ability to obtain required visas, passports, and driving credentials
• Ability to support mission-essential operations
