System Compatibility and Integration Technical Program Manager
Job Summary We are seeking skilled System Compatibility and Integration Technical Program Manager candidates to drive System Compatibility/Integration for full system mobile workstation products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile workstation system compatibility.
- Lead and manage system Hardware & Software Compatibility testing with ODM partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendor/ODM partners for project resource planning, issue troubleshooting, and risk mitigation.
- Provide and coordinate appropriate guidance and training for internal and partner engineering teams, to maintain or improve the existing quality level of mobile workstation products.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and deliverables in both Mandarin and English.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Typically 6+ years of experience in R&D, technical program management, or related technical roles.
- Preferred background in an engineering discipline or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of HP internal engineering and development processes across products or functions (product domain experience not limited).
- Strong communication and interaction skill with internal teams and external partners is a must, with fluent verbal and writing ability in English and Chinese.
