Job Summary
Airlines experience mandatory; nice to have experience with Hangar/DOJO/Training. Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Program Management to lead project planning and governance—ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities- Develop detailed project plans covering schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans including defining scope, timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks aligned with organizational standards and best practices.
- Implement and enforce project governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and report updates to senior management.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to review deliverables and gather feedback.
- Ensure all project documentation and artifacts are accurate, complete, and accessible.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project planning and governance processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams to embed best practices in project planning and governance.
Variable compensation component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
