Location: Snowshoe
Snowshoe Resort in Snowshoe, WV is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide front-line support for systems and users, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware and software, and respond to help-desk requests. Duties include documenting issues and monitoring systems, with knowledge sharing across the team.
This is a year-round, full-time role with potential evenings, weekends and holidays. Onsite responsibilities include server and network tasks, plus user training and documentation upkeep.
