RD PM For Next-Generation Server Products

Lenovo ISG is seeking a RD PM for next-generation server products. You will work closely with internal/external core vendor/IHV teams and be responsible for all BMC & BIOS-related project works during the server product development planning, development, and validation phases.

Responsibilities (but not limited to list):

• Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with team requirements and organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively address issues, and implement resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
