Paid Social Media Manager – Meta Ads Expert

Capture Digital Marketing is looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Manager with strong expertise in Meta Ads to work with our team on client accounts.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to do more than launch campaigns. You should understand how to develop strategy, manage budgets, test creative and audiences, optimize performance and generate measurable results.

• Build, manage and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta
• Develop campaign strategies based on each client's goals
• Manage targeting, audiences, retargeting and conversion campaigns
• Test creative, copy, offers and audiences
• Monitor performance and make ongoing optimizations
• Identify what’s working, what isn’t and what we should test next
• Track results and provide clear, straightforward reporting
• Work with our strategy, creative and account teams
• Manage multiple client accounts and deadlines

• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns
• Experience working with multiple clients or agency accounts
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API and campaign tracking
• Ability to analyze results and make smart optimization decisions
• Proactive, responsive and able to work independently
• Comfortable working as an outsourced member of our team

This is a contract/outsourced position with the opportunity to manage multiple Capture client accounts as we grow.
