High School Diploma or GED;
Certified Interpreter. Salary, Based on FY 23: $24, (pro-rated) OR if qualified for Code 301 (Professional Certification with a Bachelor's Degree) $47, Vacancies for service personnel positions for Pleasants County Schools are filled according to WV Code Section 18A-4-8b (a) on the basis of selecting the most qualified applicant considering the factors of seniority, qualifications and evaluation of past service.

For service personnel, applicants are hired in this order:

7. applicants with no employment status with the Board of Education (outside applicants). (Also, those employees who may be on a transfer list must be given consideration as automatic applicants.)
