We are currently strengthening our Supply Chain Team, and you will play a crucial part in improving supply and demand accuracy. As a Supply purchaser your daily responsibilities will be purchasing and making requests for quotations to maintain a continuous and good flow between our production lines. That is why this role requires good co-operational skills, effective communication, ability to take responsibility and be structured to ensure we deliver professional and quality in our work.

You will have the opportunity to take part in defining this role, with the support of colleagues with a high amount of professional expertise. We appreciate a social and inclusive environment, and hopefully you, as our new colleague does as well.

Craft a sustainable supply chain. Protecting People and Planet at every sourcing decision.

Responsibilities
  • Demand calculations as well as creation and follow-up of orders
  • Create forecasts for suppliers
  • Maintain an efficient stock level
  • Updating of the ERP system
  • Carry out quotation requests and price negotiations
Qualifications and experience
  • Education and/or experience within purchasing. Experience may compensate for educational requirements
  • Good understanding of ERP and other IT systems
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
