Job Opportunity At Le Groupe Les Maisons Du Clair De La Plume

Le Groupe Les Maisons Du Clair De La Plume in Grignan (26230) is looking for an ECONOME in charge of the procurement of our hotels and restaurants to optimize the costs and quality of service.

The group consists of:

• Le Clair De La Plume: 4-star hotel and 1 Michelin star restaurant.
• La Ferme Chapouton: 4-star hotel and bistro restaurant.
• Le Café Des Vignerons: village café.
• Le Caveau Des Vignerons: local products.

We offer a permanent contract.

Monthly base salary for 169 hours (39 hours per week): 1900€ net. Convention Hotels Cafés Restaurants, employee level 3, step 1.

Under the responsibility of the management and in close collaboration with the delivery service and each head of department, you will be in charge of:

• Aggregating the food and non-food needs of each department, including the central stock, according to their needs and upcoming events.
• Among the referenced suppliers, sourcing the best price of the day.
• Updating the dedicated tools according to the best price of the day and new items and their specifics.
• Placing the effective orders to these suppliers through the dedicated tools.
• Checking with the suppliers the confirmation of orders and, if necessary, informing the heads of department and working on a solution in case of shortages.
• Transmitting to each department the expected deliveries.
• Entering the BL and requesting any corrections to the suppliers directly (receipt, supplementary invoice, etc.).
• Following up on the commercial relationship (price, quality, delivery, invoicing, sourcing).

REGULARLY

• Participate in inventories and check the stocks.
• Participate in meetings with heads of department.
• Perform a check with the accounting department on the vouchers and invoices to be received.
• Ensure with the delivery service and each head of department that all BL of the different orders have been entered/received.
• Maintain the databases.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Exchange with the delivery service and each head of department regarding the quality of products, future needs, projects, events to anticipate needs, etc.
• According to these elements, source or accompany the sourcing of new suppliers and/or items.
• Ensure that the applied rates correspond to the commitments (central purchasing, direct negotiation, etc.) and make a point by supplier on the committed volumes.
• Collect the needs, check the stocks and source the equipment needs.
• Participate or ensure the annual negotiations of rates.
• Participate or ensure the RFA requests.
• Implement and regularly update a repository and commitments on the sourced products (seasonality, labels, origin, etc.). Ensure its respect, without omitting the tariff and functional aspects.
