Logistics and Warehouse Support; CUAS SME - UTOC - Martinsburg, WV

Five Rivers Analytics is looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Support position to work in Summit Point, WV. The role is part of the Unmanned Technologies Operations Center (UTOC) under U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Professionals will function as an integrated, cohesive team providing logistical and warehouse support including operations, property, asset management, deployment, and sustainment support.

• Logistics & Warehouse Operations
  • Handle receipt, storage, distribution of materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate shipments, monitor inventory levels, and enforce safety regulations.
  • Set up and tear down designated events to meet operational requirements.
  • Perform minor facility enhancements and conduct inspections.
  • Inventory incoming/outgoing equipment and track disposition items.
  • Complete monthly Health and Safety Inspection Sheets and update UTOC Health and Safety Teams page.
  • Manage fleet operations; process fuel and maintenance invoices, maintain fleet folders, ensure readiness, prepare vehicles for disposition, coordinate repairs, and transport government vehicles.
• Property Management Support
  • Act as Local Property Officer within SAP system, ensuring compliance and accurate record‑keeping.
  • Provide guidance, technical support, and monitor property-related activities.
  • Assist with asset management across acquisition, maintenance, and disposition.
  • Oversee receipt of package deliveries and inspect for completeness.
  • Support deployment and sustainment activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of system deployments.
  • May include escort duties, cargo security, inventory, disposition, forklift support, and vehicle transportation.
  • Work flexible schedule; available for occasional weekends as needed.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must pass a DHS Customs and Border Protection background investigation.
• Valid driver's license.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience.
