Job Summary The On‑Call position will fulfill three roles as needed:
Laundry Tech, Janitor, and Maid. This is an on‑call position; hours and shifts may vary and are not guaranteed.

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

Shifts: May be asked to work Day Shift (8:00am - 4:30pm);
Mid Shift (6:00pm - 2:30am); or Night Shift (11:30pm - 8:00am)

• Janitor – Responsible for basic cleaning; maintaining floors, stairways, carpets, and mats (sweep, vacuum, mop); removing trash and recyclables; emptying and cleaning public ashtrays and urns; cleaning interior glass/mirrors; cleaning drinking fountains; general spot cleaning. Upon notification, the janitor will be required to do classroom setups and tables. The position may also be responsible for moving lodging room furniture (e.g., mattresses, box springs, bed frames, head boards, small refrigerators, and microwaves).
  
  The janitor is also responsible for basic restroom and locker room cleaning, including disinfecting, descaling, stocking supplies, and caring for floors.
• Maid – Lodging rooms shall be cleaned in accordance with the same standards established for janitorial services, with additional performance standards. Replace towels, washcloths, sheets, and pillowcases. Upon check‑out, ensure all cabinets and drawers are cleaned and emptied of any items left behind.
• Laundry Tech – In‑house laundry service for all linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, bedspreads, mattress pads, pillow covers, towels and washcloths for lodging rooms and tablecloths for periodic special events). All items must be washed, dried, folded, and packaged neatly, and cleaned to the same standards as those listed for janitorial services.
