We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Custodian. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, flexible and willing to take on routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Custodian will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of the office spaces, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay.

• Perform general clean‑up of all areas of the building as directed
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot
• Complete non‑routine cleaning according to specified job orders
• Remove garbage and recycling daily
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped

• 2+ years janitorial experience
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts and long hours
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Capacity to take direction
• Strong attention to detail

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend
• Pushing/pulling/lifting 50 lbs.
• Ability to navigate around the facility for long periods of time
• Ability to climb elevated areas to complete tasks (i.e. ladders, lifts for scoreboards, etc.)
• Facility has intermittent noise

Salary: $12 - $15 per hour
