Housekeeper

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is looking for a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long‑term care facility. Your role is essential to protecting residents, staff, and visitors, and upholding the high standards of HCSG.

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with residents, staff, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lb., push/pull up to 50 lb., and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Ability to work around cleaning products.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Residency within the service area required.
