ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across our properties. You will ensure timely service, supervise staff, and maintain all building systems while managing preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to train staff, and coordination with the Property Manager to sustain property value and resident satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site position with on-call requirements.
