The Manager, Health & Safety (“Manager”) plays a crucial role in fostering a proactive safety culture at the Mount Milligan Minesite. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the incumbent will lead the development and implementation of robust health and safety strategies, policies, and practices. With a focus on continuous improvement, this role is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and providing leadership and guidance to the management team, safety personnel, and employees regarding all health and safety matters in the workplace.

The Manager will ensure timely reporting and foster open communication with the entire management team, driving Centerra’s commitment to safety excellence.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a health and safety leader to take a large, complex operation to the next level. Working collaboratively across departments and leading a team of H&S professionals, the Manager will drive a world-class safety culture across mine operations and associated offsite infrastructure (camp facilities, loadout areas, access roads, etc.) as Mount Milligan continues to grow and evolve.
