Capstone Restaurant Group - Up to $70000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Ensures all Team Members in the District are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.;
Evaluates each restaurants QSC standards; provides regular feedback and coaching; conducts inspections.;
Communicates customer comments to the appropriate Restaurant Manager and follows up to ensure timely handling.;
Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve Team Members.;
Actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs; ensures Team Members are prepared for promotion.
