Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee coworkers' sales activities; approve rental agreements and monitor sales revenue and growth;
Oversee accounts collection activities, follow-up on accounts requiring manager intervention, approve customer commitments and provide leadership and training for procedures;
Monitor and achieve planned profits; manage store resources, inventory, pricing, cash handling, and store security; resolve problems and complaints;
