Railserve is hiring an experienced and safety-focused Site Leader in New Martinsville, WV to oversee daily rail switching and industrial operations at our Blue Racer site. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for maintaining safe operations, developing employees, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all site activities.
As a Site Leader, you'll oversee and support a variety of in-plant operations, including railcar switching, track maintenance, transloading activities, equipment management, and workforce development. This role is ideal for someone looking to leverage existing leadership experience while expanding their operational expertise and building strong customer partnerships.

** Job Description
** The Site Leader is responsible for the overall management and performance of a Railserve operation. This role provides leadership for employees engaged in rail switching, track maintenance, transloading, equipment operation, and related industrial services while ensuring operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer expectations.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for both employees and customers and plays a key role in workforce planning, safety compliance, operational execution, cost management, and employee development. The Site Leader works closely with regional leadership to maintain service quality, improve operational performance, and develop future leaders within the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and operational leader who enjoys developing employees, solving problems, and building long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced industrial environment.
** Schedule*
* • Must be available to support all shifts as operational needs require  
• Nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call responsibilities may be required
** Compensation**$75,000 annually  
• Bonus eligible position
