Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to plan, organize, implement and evaluate daily telemedicine operations across the entire Vandalia system. The ideal candidate must have strong operations experience and be able to work on multiple projects and with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. They must be an excellent team player who can work across multiple hospitals, clinics, and specialties throughout Vandalia’s footprint, while building efficiencies in work processes as we continue to build telemedicine capabilities throughout the state.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage operational workflows and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care across all locations and modalities.
Collaborate with IT, data science and other teams to support the delivery of high-quality telehealth services and support the integration of telehealth into clinical workflows.
Support efforts to integrate telehealth workflows with existing tech stack.
Contribute to data dashboards and help monitor performance of projects.
Remain in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA.
Work within clinical operations budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
Collaborate with telemedicine team.
Contribute to departmental planning.
Maintain constructive and professional relationships with patients, community partners, funders, and regulatory bodies and sub‑contractors for the provision of quality health care services.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Desired experience includes:
- Some experience in the telehealth space.
- Experience with Cerner or other electronic health records.
- Experience implementing new projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
