Join our Payments Operations Team and make a difference in expanding our network for our customers to have more diverse options to send or receive money. We're looking for a self‑motivated and innovative Americas Regional Operations Manager, to lead the payments team overseeing operations of our Ria, Xe and Dandelion services in North, Central, South America and Caribbean regions. This is a critical role to grow and evolve our payments network for payout and sending partners.

• Lead, coach and grow a team of 10+ operations specialists managing the end‑to‑end partner experience lifecycle management including onboarding, activation and seamless support of live operations.
• Set clear goals and priorities to enhance team efficiency and performance for the region and track KPIs.
• Drive adoption of global processes and standards, enhance service, and improve quality.
• Lead and manage large global cross‑functional programs, with the ability to collaborate and communicate to multiple stakeholders and Leadership teams.
• Engage with external partners to improve support and operational consistency.
• Act as a key regional escalation point for operational challenges, ensuring resolution.

• 5+ years of experience in operations leadership.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing scalable operational frameworks.
• Strong ability to lead managers and develop high‑performing teams.
• Experience in industries with complex regulatory, technical, or operational environments (Fintech plus).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to learn quickly in a complex ecosystem. Proven track record of delivering results and solving complex challenges. Ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced, ever‑changing work environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executive stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to travel periodically to global team locations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish, excellent people skills and ability to influence commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI co‑working tools (Claude, ChapGPT, NotebookLM) to transform processes is a plus.
• Experience in data analysis, market, and trend research is a plus.
