Junior Account Manager

Artemis Aerospace, a global aviation component solutions provider with 26 years in flight training and simulation, is looking for a Junior Account Manager in our Flight Training & Simulation Support Department.

The Junior Account Manager will support the Global Sales Director, Simulation Support, by managing key accounts. The role involves sourcing components, providing alternatives to OEM services, pricing, procurement, customer communication, collaboration with MRO for repairs, and attending trade shows.

• Sourcing suitable components, including hard‑to‑find parts.
• Providing alternative solutions to OEM services.
• Pricing and quoting.
• Procurement.
• Correspondence with local and international customers.
• Working with the MRO manager on timely, cost‑effective component repairs.
• Taking briefs from customers for forthcoming projects.
• Occasionally attending trade shows.

• At least 6 months aftermarket experience.
• Flair for customer service.
• Experience with purchasing.
• Excellent email and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate administrator.
• Team player.
• Ability to think and respond quickly.
