Lead and develop teams by training and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback; communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and company initiatives; model exceptional customer service standards and oversee customer service initiatives; drive financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation; supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, and provide recognition;

build relationships with stakeholders and support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; ensure compliance with policies and Open Door guidance; promote belonging and inclusive culture; recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs; ensure action plans and continuous learning are implemented across store operations.
