Location: Ghent
- Minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in Employee Benefits, groepsverzekeringen of een gelijkaardig domein, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of leidinggevende rol.
- Sterke kennis van de sociale, fiscale en juridische aspecten van EB (WAP, sectorplannen, financiering 2e pijler, Wet Verwilghen, …).
- Ervaring met complexe sales cycles en onderhandelingen op directieniveau.
- Bachelor of master in economie, rechten, verzekeringen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

- Je bent een teamspeler die collega’s betrekt en samen successen bouwt.
