The PositionThe Executive Director serves as the chief executive leader of PHHI, responsible for advancing the organization’s mission, ensuring operational and clinical excellence, and positioning the agency for long-term sustainability. Working closely with the Board of Directors, Medical Director, staff, and community partners, the Executive Director provides strategic vision, executive oversight, and inspiring leadership across all aspects of the organization.

Key Responsibilities- Lead PHHI’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities in partnership with the Board of Directors.
- Serve as PHHI’s primary representative with regulators, community partners, and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Must meet applicable Medicare/Medicaid Conditions of Participation, including:
- Be a licensed physician, registered nurse, or hold an undergraduate degree; and
- Have experience in health service administration, including at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program.
