Provides assistance and works at the direction of the Retail Banking Manager to manage the overall performance of a full-service branch office of The Citizens Bank of Weston by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisor or employees. Fully executes the bank’s customer service standards, explains available products, and services while building customer confidence and trust.
